Player instructions

| buy_miner | Buys a miner with $MINER and installs it in a free slot |
| remove_miner | Removes the miner in a slot (no refund) |
| upgrade_facility | Moves up one tier, after the cooldown |
| claim | Settles electricity and pays mined + referral $MINER from the vault |
Admin powers
The admin can pause the game, tune prices, tiers and miner types, add new miners and top up the vault. The admin can't mint $MINER, move tokens out of the vault, or touch any player's facility. The reward mint can only be changed before anyone has started mining.
Not audited
The program has not had a third-party audit. Only put in what you can afford to lose.
